
Co-Founder
Michael Leone, MD, is committed to delivering personalized proactive preventive care of the highest quality. He combines forward-thinking with data-driven and evidence-based practices to keep his patients as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is currently completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars Sinai. He is a member of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society, an organization that leads the field of longevity medicine. He co-authored the book "Defying Death: Medicine's Journey Toward Immortality" that was published in 2023. He has also authored geroscience papers published in peer-reviewed journals and has done professional consulting in the area of longevity medicine.

Noah Mehr, MD, specializes in guiding patients through the complicated field of prevention and longevity. His practice emphasizes a strong commitment to science-backed recommendations and personalizing care to the unique individual.
He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed residency in Clinical Pathology at the University of Chicago, where he is currently a fellow in Transfusion Medicine. With a background in laboratory medicine, Dr. Mehr brings a unique expertise in navigating today’s increasingly complex testing landscape. He has authored peer-reviewed publications, presented nationally, and served on professional committees, experiences that reinforce his evidence-based approach.
