Membership in our practice begins with working through a comprehensive preventive medicine program to develop a personalized strategy for longevity with your concierge physician.

This is followed by an ongoing re-assessment of your health data. Personalized recommendations including health coaching, diagnostics, and prescriptions are made throughout. 

Your physician is available 24/7 to discuss questions or concerns. 

Primary care doctors are often too busy to provide comprehensive preventive care. Our practice leaves no stone unturned when it comes to optimizing healthy longevity for our clients. 

Philosophically, we believe that more focus should be invested in being proactive about disease prevention. We believe that much more can be done for someone’s health than is currently being done in most doctor’s offices. 

Our telehealth services are currently only offered to California residents.

No. Our program is designed to build healthy longevity from the ground up. We believe geromedicine without good foundations in prevention is bad practice. If an individual is a candidate for potential gerotherapeutics, the risks and benefits will be carefully discussed during our geromedicine portion of the program. 

Because not all advanced diagnostics are necessary for everyone, our practice personalizes non-routine testing recommendations. For this reason diagnostic testing fees are not included. 

Given the limited spots in our practice and our desire to produce the best results for our clients, we want to ensure our philosophies for healthy longevity align with yours.
